  Public Speaking- The Evolving Art By Sherri Sinkoff: Review of Class Presentations Last week, our class got a great introduction to the world of Public Speaking. Each group was assigned specific chapters to present, and their presentations were both phenomenal and intriguing. Let's review what each group discussed in their respective sections and highlight the key moments from their presentations.  Group 1- Foundation layers  Group 1 kicked off the journey by presenting chapters 1,2,3, and 5. They started on a very positive note presenting everything in a chronological order that helped the class ease into the material, especially for those not yet familiar with the topic. The key takeaway was that understanding these foundational elements of public speaking makes it easier to grasp the more complex concepts later on.   Neisser Millan 9/24/2024 Public Speaking- The Evolving Art By Sherri Sinkoff: Review of Class Presentations Last week, we were split into groups and were assigned to make a power point about Public Speaking. Each group as assigned different chapters that each focused on different areas of public speaking. Lets review what each group presented, and how they presented it.      Group 1:  Group 1 did Chapter 1,2,3, and 5. They presented some examples from famous figures like Aristotle in order to persuade us to their viewpoint, which helped keep the reader engaged throughout. I think everyone in group 1 did a good job presenting their slides and nobody really made a big mistake. They included  enough words in the power point to get the point across without having too much for the audience to read each slide. They accompanied this with having lots of pictures each slide that gave the audience some visual stimulation and helped get the point across better while...

Daniel Mazola  9/19/24 Public Speaking- The Evolving Art By Sherri Sinkoff: Review of Class Presentations Last week, our class had a good taste of what is the world of Public Speaking: The Evolving Art by Sherri Sinkoff. Each Group was assigned certain chapters to present, and they were phenomenal and intriguing. Therefore, lets go over what each group presented regarding their perspective sections and what where their key moments in their presentations.  Group 1: Foundation Layers Group 1 kicked us off with the presentations of Chapter 1, 2, 3, and 5. They started on a really positive and persuasive note. Daniel Kalil 9/19/24 Public Speaking—The Evolving Art by Sherri Sinkoff: Review of Class Presentations Last week, our class had a first step into the world of Public Speaking: The Evolving Art by Sherri Sinkoff. Each group was assigned specific chapters to present, and the results were enlightening and instructive. Now, let's take the time to go through what each group did regarding their assigned sections and what the key takeaways were. Group 1: Foundation Layers Group 1 began the voyage with the presentation of Chapters 1, 2, 3, and 5. The presentation was started on a really positive and articulate note. Everything was chronological, which helped the class ease into the material for those who may not have been into the topic yet. The biggest result taken from them is that to know these beginning pieces of public speaking makes it easier to learn the more complex pieces at a later time.
